PSP Harrisburg's Top 5 Most Wanted Fugitive Captured In Steelton: US Marshals

A man featured in the Pennsylvania State Police Harrisburg's Top 5 Most Wanted Fugitive list in January  2024 has been captured by the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force, The US Marshals Service announced late on Feb. 21.

Ricky Jermaine Anderson, 44 of Steelton, was located by US Marshals with the assistance of the Steelton Police on Feb. 16, U.S. Marshal William Pugh detailed in Wednesday's release. 

Anderson was found in the 100 block of Frank S. Brown Boulevard around 3 p.m. last Friday, Pugh explained. 

He has been held in the Dauphin County Prison on $100,000 as set by Magisterial District Judge Hanif L. Johnson Sr during his preliminary arraignment in night court that same day he was arrested, according to his latest court docket. 

He has a lengthy criminal record in the county, mainly for drug and traffic-related offenses, as shown in his previous court dockets. 

Anderson had been placed on the PSP Most Wanted Fugitive list for a 2022 firearm offense in Harrisburg.

His preliminary hearing is sent before the same judge at 10 a.m. on Feb. 29.
